2012 Valmet Automotive Dawn

Valmet Automotive Dawn is one of awesome automotive Ideas shown at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The electric vehicle demonstration, Dawn, presents the key EV parts in a distinctive manner.

The intentionally built battery pack at the heart of the car, the fast-charge plug and inductive charging (the blue plate at the front) are all a part of the aerodynamically streamlined body.

The control and drivetrain units, on the other hand, are visible on the body for show purposes. The user interface built into the steering wheel is one aspect of the electric vehicle experience.

The speedometer remains level even when the steering wheel is moved, and the relevant controls are within a thumb’s reach.

2024 Jeep Jeepster

A prototype of a new Jeep that will sit below the little Renegade has just been sighted. The new subcompact crossover was shown off in March and was confirmed to go on sale in the first half of 2023, which means it will probably arrive in showrooms as a 2024 model. Although no name has been revealed, Jeepster has been mentioned in the past.

Despite Jeep’s confirmation that an electric variant is also on the way, the prototype is for a vehicle with an internal combustion engine.The off-road division of Stellantis is committed to electrification and anticipates offering an electric vehicle by 2025 in each of its market groups.

The little Jeep will be based on the CMP platform from Stellantis and will share parts with cars from Alfa Romeo and Fiat. The DS 3 Crossback and Opel Mojka, two crossovers that now offer electric options, are built on the CMP platform, which is intended for subcompact cars.

While the DS 3 and Mokka electric vehicles have a 50 kWh battery and a 136 hp single motor, the Jeep and upcoming Alfa Romeo could have higher performance levels.

Project GTP Hypercar

The magnificent Project GTP Hypercar from Cadillac, which will participate in the IMSA and at Le Mans in 2023, has been unveiled.

The identically new Cadillac Project GTP Hypercar, which will make its debut in January at the 2023 Rolex 24 at Daytona and compete in the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans, will be powered by a brand-new DOHC 5.5-liter V-8 engine and a mild hybrid system shared by all the cars in the field.

Key brand design elements are included in the Project GTP Hypercar, which was jointly created by Cadillac Design, Cadillac Racing, and Dallara.

The Project GTP Hypercar is connected to the future of Cadillac via heritage features like vertical lights and floating blades that are present throughout.

Airpod

With gas prices going up and the severe drought making it hard to sell ethanol as a gas substitute, Tata Motors in India has released the Airpod, a small city car that runs on air, at the perfect time.

The Airpod includes a 175-liter compressed air storage tank that can be refilled either externally with a pump or internally with an electric motor that can “refuel” the vehicle while it is moving.

This first model is best suited for moving people or small objects across city streets because of its top speed of 43 mph (70 km/h). One tank can travel more than 125 miles (200 km) before needing to be refilled, and it just takes two minutes and costs one euro on average.

Three adult seats and a tiny fourth seat for a child are available in the Airpod. Even space for luggage is available. There are only two doors, three wheels, and no steering wheel. Instead, a joystick is used to control it.

2006 Four-Stroke Rumen-Micro Classic (Mini Bugatti)

Roumen Antonov, a new boutique automaker who adored the Bugatti Type 57, of which the Aerolithe is unquestionably the most gorgeous, founded 4 Stroke.

A steel frame supports the carbon fiber composite body of the 4 Stroke Rumen. A three-cylinder in-line engine powers the vehicle’s rear wheels.

Why three cylinders, you might wonder? A four-stroke engine requires three cylinders or multiples of three to be completely balanced. A six-cylinder engine will therefore sound smooth, whilst a V8 will have that distinctively uneven note that we all love.

The four-stroke Rumen has a five-speed sequential semi-automatic transmission. ABS and stability control complement the vehicle’s independent suspension. It certainly reflects the times.

Peugeot Moovie Concept debuted at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Peugeot’s twice-yearly design competition was won by the quirky car idea known as the “Moovie,” which was not a movie.

The fairly simplistic design of the Moovie was inspired by how future smart automobiles might seem, with large round doors and seating for two in the cockpit.

Volkswagen Bus Ball

It appears to be a Volkswagen Microbus of the type that appeared in the movie “Little Miss Sunshine” from the previous year that was somehow crammed into a six-foot-diameter sphere.

Artist Lars-Eric Fisk of Burlington, Vermont, who specializes in sphere-shaped sculpture, created the ball. His work has been displayed in galleries such as the Dartmouth College museum and the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston.

In the exhibition catalog for the DeCordova show, he described the sphere as a “simple, seamless form reflecting movement and the concept of endlessness and timelessness without a beginning, without an ending.”

In a recent interview, Mr. Fisk remarked of his use of the sphere, “Everyone gets it.” In 1999, he finished the VW Ball. He said, “I don’t know why, but the VW bug continues to pop up on the Internet every few years.”
